Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Elkins relocated to Orlando in 1999. She is a graduate of Barry University School of Law where she was a member of the school’s Law Review and Moot Court team. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida, and the District of Columbia. Ms. Elkins has been practicing law in central Florida for over 16 years.
Ms. Elkins is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Prior to forming the Elkins Law Firm, she was a law clerk for Circuit Court Judge Walter Komanski in Orange County, and worked as a child advocate in Barry University’s Children and Families Legal Clinic. Ms. Elkins understands that each client’s situation is unique and important and she gives each client individual attention.
